Oh Dear Ceci: Well hello there beautiful! I'm Ceci. I'm 20 years old. I live in beautiful sunny California and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. I love happy spirits and encourage the broken ones. I made this blog because I love the idea of being able to write to you. Whoever "you" is. I love that I have grown so much into the person I am. I can't imagine ever stopping. I hope to never stop learning and never stop dreaming. And I hope the same for you.
